"I don't think I have one of those eating disorders, but something isn't right because my relationship with food weight and body image is stressful"

 Many times, people struggling with disordered eating don't necessarily fit into the typical "Anorexia, Bulimia or Binge Eating" categories.  Sometimes the symptoms don't quite meet the criteria well enough to warrant a diagnosis yet they are severe enough to be interfering with many aspects of life. Sometimes disordered behavior extends beyond what's written in our diagnostic manuals. Wherever you are on the spectrum, if your relationship with food, weight, body image, or exercise is negative or all consuming, let's talk.

There are many other afflictions that can compromise a person's relationship with food, weight, body image or exercise.

Body Dysmorphia- obsession over perceived flaws in appearance. 

 Exercise Compulsion, Diabulimia, Orthorexia, Night Eating
