Don't let disordered eating hold you back. 

Has your relationship to food become obsessive or out of control? Does food and exercise seem to be the only thing you can think about? Do you define your worthiness by a number on the scale, your adherence or lack there of, to a strict food reginme? Has food or exercise become your only refuge? Are you overly concerned with your body weight and shape? Do you consume large amounts of food in short periods of time or participate in purging behaviors such as self induced vomiting, laxatives or diuretics?

Disordered eating habits can be exhausting and over time, they can lead to anxiety, depression, burnout, insomnia, relationship issues, isolation and physical health issues. I'm sure you're aware.

There's no need to keep suffering. I work with both individuals, families and small groups to support them through the process of finding balance in their eating and exercise habits, so they can move away from obsession and back to a life worth living. 

You can rest assured, I understand the complexity of working with eating disorders and the many facets of the recovery process. I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment, drawing upon elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, intuitive eating and other trauma informed approaches. Your time with me will involve gradual work toward decreasing disordered behavior and rebuilding an identify outside of food weight and body image. Believe me, you won't regret it.
